Features:

Allows you to create and configure multiple document distribution projects or jobs. 

A project or job consists of a set of documents and the set of recipients to whom you want to send the documents.

To define a project or job, first indicate the location of the documents and whether you want to send them by email, save them in an intranet folder, or both.

Finally, you must indicate the data source, which is where the mailing list is located. This can be in Excel, CSV, text file, a web page, a previously created mailing list, or an MSSQL, MySQL, or SQLite database.

In the case of MSSQL databases, a configurator is provided where you enter the name of the MSSQL instance to be used, as well as the account details for authentication. 

Similarly, you can configure the connection details with other databases such as MySQL and SQLite. 

Sensitive data, such as usernames and passwords used to access databases, are encrypted using secure algorithms to prevent unauthorized access. 

This protects the integrity of the system against potential vulnerabilities.

The application allows you to configure general application elements, such as startup folders and support email.

It allows you to configure the SMTP server data to be used for sending emails. It cannot be Google's SMTP. 

The demo version provides a test SMTP server to allow you to evaluate the package. Plans are available for this server for low-volume projects,  less than 1000 emails per month. 

The message and subject of the email accompanying the documents can be stored as a template for use in different processes. Tags can be included in the templates to be replaced by the corresponding user data. This allows emails to be personalized by including the sender's name and other details.
